With the aim of sharing experiences and knowledge regarding best management practices and efficient and sustainable use of water in the productive sector, in addition to updating existing legislation changes, the National Society Mining, Petroleum and Energy of Peru, is organizing the II Water Symposium to be held in Magdalena del Mar from 10 to 11 August 2010.

The event is aimed at officials and public servants involved in water management, as well as those that are linked to corporate and private entities who are interested in deepening their knowledge on water management in the productive sector and university students and the general public seeking to acquire or deepen their knowledge in the field.

The event will take place at the headquarters of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy, located in Rock Vergallo 461, Magdalena del Mar.
